• Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur a fee.
ID Requirement: A valid photo ID (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License) matching the booking name is required at check-in. Contact details will also be requested for emergency purposes.
Luggage Storage:
• Early arrivals and late departures can store luggage free of charge at the main office.
• Luggage left longer than 12 hours after check-out will be charged €10 per day.
Booking Extensions
Guests may request to extend their stay, subject to availability. Adjustments in nightly rates may apply and all changes must be confirmed in writing.
House Rules
• Cleanliness & Upkeep: Guests must maintain the apartment in a tidy condition. Damages or excessive mess may result in charges.
• No Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A €200 penalty will be enforced.
• No Parties or Events: Gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Breach results in a €200 fine, possible eviction, and cancellation without refund.
• No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted unless prior written consent is granted. If approved, a €500 refundable deposit and €200 cleaning fee will apply.
• Lost Key Replacement Fee: €200.
Maintenance & Issues
All maintenance problems must be reported immediately. Issues will be prioritized based on urgency. Temporary disruptions (e.g., utilities, noise, etc.) will not result in rate adjustments unless caused by provider negligence.
Damage Policy
• Definition of Damage: Any deterioration beyond normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to spills, stains, appliance damage, unauthorized alterations, or pet damage.
• Guest Liability: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay and any related income loss from unavailability.
• Reporting: All damage must be reported promptly.
• Mattress & Bedding: Guests are liable for any fouling or staining and associated replacement costs.

Guests park at their own risk. No liability is accepted for theft or vehicle damage.

• Authorized Entry: Staff may access the apartment for cleaning, inspection, or emergency repairs. Guests will be notified when possible.
