Effective Nov 2025:

For any stay over 30 days, membership may transferred in accordance with the Naples bay resort documents.

For stays from 30 days to 6 months, the fee will be $1500 plus applicable Admin fee & local tax.

For stays from 6 months to a year the fee will be $2500 plus applicable Admin fee & local tax.
