Just like the pictures

We were pleasantly surprised to find the property was exactly as pictured. I’m not overly tech savvy so I was apprehensive before arriving. I would highly recommend this service to friends and family.

Overall was good, but what was very bad when the elevators were out our last day there and the next day we left . They had not been fixed by the next day and we had a 10 am checkout time. We are 74 year olds and had to drag our luggage down the stairs. They told us they didn't know when they would be fixed. I called back to ask for some credit for the inconvenience and they said no and was not very apologetic about it either. That is why I would give a bad rating.

the elevators were out due to being hit with lighting. The elevator company was able to get one elevator up and running. The elevator was down for 24 hours. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay.
