Best friend baby moon

My friends and I stayed here before we all have kiddos later this year and it was the perfect relaxing long weekend! Great house with everything we needed and very close to the beach. The Sundays coffee shop next door was a great morning breakfast spot! We definitely hope to come back to Wrightsville Beach.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Sharon’s condo! Very clean, the beds were comfy, and the location was absolutely perfect. You’re right by Oceanic, steps from the beach, and you have Sundays Coffee a few houses down. I love it here! Thank you for everything, Sharon!

A Best Kept Secret

Family and I loved the condo it was comfy and clean, and conveniently located in walking distance to eateries and the beach. The fact that it is so close to the bay is an added plus. The condo has a bedroom and walk-in shower on the first floor which I love for anyone who cannot walk up additional stairs. Thank You.

Great location and home is beautiful

We love being on the south end of the island. This location was perfect. Walking distance to public access to beach and sound. House had everything we needed including laundry. Modern, updated and well kept. Enjoyed our stay.

Southern Hospitality at the Beach

Sharon was very responsive and promptly answered all my questions before and during the stay. This property is perfectly placed just steps from the beach. Loved our visit and hope to stay again someday.

Sunsets and beaches

Place was clean, plenty of space for 6 and close to the beach. If you haven’t already been to Wrightsville beach like us you have to find parking. This was close to the beach access and can catch sunset off the balcony. I can’t wait to return loved it.

Wrightsville Beach townhouse

This is a very nice property. Spacious and clean rooms. Right next to coffee shop, The Oceanic and in between sound and ocean. You can see the sound from top deck and a snippet of ocean. Sharon is an attentive host. Easy to reach. Can’t wait to visit again next summer.

Great stay in South End

We had a great visit to Wrightsville Beach this past weekend! The location of this rental is great and there was plenty of space for our family. Wrightsville Beach is always beautiful - look forward to coming back again soon!

Great Overall Beach Stay

Great location less than a block from the beach and close to the Oceanic Pier- which was great for strolling on, and enjoying the shade underneath. Also not far from the wildlife preserve at the far South end of the island- a great place to have calm beach play on the western side of the island for our little ones. The house was spacious as were the bedrooms, the kitchen was very well appointed for supplies and there is a convenient outdoor shower with cold & hot water! A few things to consider: you need to bring your own linens or rent them at an additional charge; there is no dining table, just a spacious counter top bar; the bathtub faucet doesn't work to be able to stop the shower and use as a tub only; the master King bed was a bit too soft for our preference, but fine for a short vacation; the entry was keyed with a lock box- we prefer code entries to not have to worry about keeping track of physical keys. The location was perfect for our needs and we would stay again to enjoy this beautiful beach!

We Came Back For More!

We stayed here last year and were so impressed that we came back. The location is just amazing, the house is wonderfully appointed, the parking is super easy, and we had plenty of space for ourselves and our kids. Everything you need is either right out the door (beach, surf shop, coffee shop, lovely restaurant, fishing pier) or just a short stroll (ice cream, toys, t-shirts, pizza, etc.). And did we mention that Sharon is wonderful? Love it and can't wait to come back!

Perfect getaway

Sharon was delightful to work with. Home is just as advertised. Very clean and uncluttered! Kitchen well-equipped. I’m used to staying ON the beach, but this was very, very convenient. We usually look for a home w/ a dining table because we like playing board games & having family meals. In this home, the living room furniture was comfortable & could be used for games & meals.

It was always a dream of ours to have a place at Wrightsville. My husband's family is from this area and tells great stories of the trolley, being lifeguards, and dances at the Lumina. This condo was a perfect choice for our family of four and friends. Once our kids left the nest for academic pursuits, their schedules no longer permitted the leisure summers at the beach so we decided to place our 'home' on the rental market so that others could enjoy it as well. Our home and business are minutes away in Wilmington. However, there is nothing like the sound and feel of driving over the bridge to Wrightsville. We'll take island time any time!
