If you’ve ever dreamed of trading in the noise, clutter, and demands of everyday life for the sound of waves, warm breezes, and the simple pleasures of a bygone era, welcome to your perfect escape. The beautiful Kingsbury Beach is accessed in just over one minute from our front door (two different stairways at each end of Bayberry Trust's property). Gorgeous sea views (Bay side) from our deck! Our charming two-bedroom cottage is more than just a vacation rental—it’s an experience in slowing down, reconnecting, and savoring life’s simplest, most beautiful moments.

Our cottage is perfectly sized for couples, small families, or close friends looking for a quiet getaway. The two bedrooms (one has a queen bed, the other has two twin beds) are open concept, are simple yet cozy, echoing the understated charm of vintage Cape Cod style. While our cottage proudly holds onto its 1950’s roots, it also has the essentials you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You’ll find a well-equipped kitchen for whipping up anything from a simple seaside breakfast to a lobster boil. This is a cottage that values character over flash, experience over extravagance, and the soul-soothing power of simplicity over the overwhelm of “too much.”

Enjoy the newly extended the deck and outdoor shower to experience outdoor living at its best! There's nothing like an early morning beach walk at low tide, and enjoying breakfast on the deck with the sea view!

We welcome you to bring along your pets as part of your family, though two maximum per stay (or message me for special requests). We provide a few different sized eating and drinking bowls for your fur babies. There is an added charge of $150 for pets, which goes towards the extra cleaning.

The cottage is a part of an eight cottage colony, but is very private due to the mature trees and bushes that surround each cottage. We want to rent to those who will be respectful to our community’s quiet enjoyment of their homes, which includes adhering to the community "quiet hours", between 10.30pm-7.30am. Absolutely no parties.

PLEASE NOTE: This rental does NOT include bed sheets or beach towels. Either bring your own sheets and towels OR there are several local linen rental companies. If you want this information please just message me! We do provide 2 dish towels and a bath mat for your stay.

There is an integrated A/C mini- split in the main living area, and in-window A/C units for bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. There are ceiling fans in the main room and bedroom 2, and a mobile fan if you need extra.

We have a BBQ (and provide the propane), 3 x beach chairs, 2 x sun loungers, 3 x beach umbrellas and some "beachy things" for your convenience (1 x boogie board, some kites, frisbees, bat and ball games), we have 2 x adult bikes (helmets and locks), and a large selection of games and puzzles for you to enjoy together in the evenings or on a rainy day. We have a comprehensive Cottage Guide to also help you get the most out of your vacation. We do not have a TV, but there is Wifi if you want to bring your own screen and stream.

National Sea Shore is 12 mins drive. Provincetown is 40 mins drive. Orleans is 15 mins drive.
