Located in the hip Bywater neighborhood, walking distance from the Music Box Village, Parleaux Beer Lab, Bacchanal wine, The Joint BBQ, Jack Dempsey's, several independent coffee shops and more! Relax and enjoy all the comforts of a dedicated single family home with major attractions just a short car ride away.
This charming home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. You will have everything you need in this thoughtfully decorated space. Kitchen has all new appliances and includes all cooking basics! W/D for guest use in unit. Relax on the outdoor deck/patio - the perfect place to enjoy a famous New Orleans cocktail! All three bedrooms are upstairs with the add half bath downstairs.
Guests will have access to the entire house and yard during their stay.
