Amazing house and back porch! We stayed at the house for a month and it had everything we needed. The host was very attentive to our questions. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Veronica’s house was fabulous. She has thought of everything and the house reflects her attention to detail. It is newly refurbished and beautifully decorated. It is a short walk to 12th St, full of shops and restaurants. And a short drive to downtown. We highly recommend her home and hope to return on our next trip to Nashville.

Blackbird Manor was paradise for our family’s Nashville stay. All amenities were of the highest quality and the special touches outstanding. We were greeted with a guest bag of local products and a bottle of Prosecco. Veronica was easy to communicate with and even accommodated a late check out. Her recommendations for restaurants were outstanding. Location was perfect… easy walk to shopping and restaurants in 12 South and close drive to Broadway. Will book again when visiting our grandson.

Veronica and her hosting of her gorgeous home was a 10/10 experience from top to bottom. She made everything so easy, communicating every step of the way before check in and on the day of to make sure we were settled in easy without a hiccup. We were greeted by a beautiful welcome gift of foods and treats local to Nashville. The house was so clean and new, beautiful comfortable beds in every room. The yard was perfect for the dog, and sunlight beamed through the whole house all day. We used the gym and sauna and loved the back deck for sun bathing and relaxing. Veronica even went to far to send us a care package after my fiancee slammed her finger in a car door. A large delivery from CVS arrived within an hour of medical supplies, so thoughtful and generous of her. We will be staying here again everytime I come to nashville to record. My favourite experience ever renting a house. Highly recommend to anyone looking at staying in an amazing neighborhood with the best shops and food 1 block away! Top host!

I travel to Nashville quite often, and enjoy this part of town. This by far is the best rental I have ever booked. The property is decorated gorgeously, and it is completely stocked with everything you need. The beds are quite comfortable, and the host has thought of many small touches to add to making you feel you are right at home. Including anything you might need for a fur baby. We also utilized the gym equipment and sauna, which was a special treat. Before I left, I had checking availability for my next trip. I would give this 10 stars, but I’m afraid I’ll never be able to stay here again if the secret gets out.

We had a wonderful stay at Blackbird Manor. We were travelling with our family, that included adult children, a 2 year-old and a dog. There was ample space for everyone and we appreciated staying in a proper “home,” vs. a hotel or condo. The house has everything we needed for our grandson: pack and play, high chair, baby plates/cutlery and our dog was well-equipped too, with a doggie water fountain and little milk bones. We loved the neighbourhood: walkable to 12 South with plenty of shopping and restaurants, and Belmont University is at the top of the street (my son ran on their track every day). There’s plenty of street parking right in front of the house. We had two cars with us, and never had an issue getting a spot. We’ll absolutely stay at Blackbird Manor on our next trip to Nashville!
