You'll love to stay in this large 130 m2 luxury three-bedroom and four-bathroom apartment.

You will also enjoy the ultimate relaxation on our spacious 30 m² terrace, complete with lounge seating, table and chairs and the sea view – perfect for maximizing your time at the fresh air.

It's located in a quiet area on the second floor of the private house, 8min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the center.

We also provide two parking spots in the yard of the house that you can use for free.

Each bedroom is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring a plush king-size bed, its own air-conditioning unit and an en-suite bathroom.

There’s also a fourth separate bathroom. Each bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Living room is equipped with large LED TV, air conditioning, and a large comfortable sofa.

Fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge with freezer, is ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.


You can also use washing machine, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels free of charge.

Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

**** The Neighbourhood:

The town of Kastela is located on the coast of the Bay of Kastela. The town is specific because it developed around 7 settlements or around castles.

Kastel Gomilica is the second of 7 "kastels", counting from East.

During the summer season the life in Kastel Gomilica gets lively and busy with folk festivities and concerts organized.

So if you are looking for a vacation spot that can offer you all the aspects of an active holiday this would be your spot.

From here you can take organized group or private car excursions or private car transfers to visit the nearby old towns of Trogir and Split, and the archaeological site of the ancient Salona or if you are a nature lover then head to the National Parks Krka and Plitvice.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.
