Summer Escape to The Breezy Pines

Escape to The Breezy Pines, a stylish Pocono cabin designed for sunny lake days, fresh mountain air, and relaxing nights by the fire. Nestled in the peaceful woods of The Hideout, it’s the perfect summer getaway for families and groups looking to relax, recharge, and reconnect.

Start your mornings with coffee on the screened porch, spend your days swimming at the pools or private beaches, hiking scenic trails, golfing, or exploring everything the community has to offer. In the evening, gather around the fire pit under the string lights, grill dinner on the deck, or enjoy a cozy movie night after a day outdoors.

With space for up to 9 guests, a fully equipped home, and access to resort-style amenities, The Breezy Pines offers the perfect balance of comfort, nature, and adventure.

Community Amenities (Included with Your Stay)

As our guest, you’ll enjoy full access to The Hideout’s private resort-style amenities, including:

• 2 heated seasonal pools and 2 private lake beaches
• 9-hole golf course (small fee)
• Indoor/outdoor pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts
• Playgrounds, shuffleboard, and ball fields
• Recreation center, fitness center (small fee), and clubhouse
• Restaurant, tiki bar, and seasonal snack bars
• Walking trails and more

Many amenities are just minutes away, and several are within walking distance.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home (except locked owner closets) and all Hideout community amenities. Parking passes are provided for your stay.

Our local co-host is available if you need anything during your stay while still giving you complete privacy to enjoy your vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Breezy Pines! The house was truly perfect—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

This was a great space! Spacious, yet cozy with all the necessary necessities. I would give it 5 stars, but getting into the community/house took some time. Other than that…I did enjoy my stay!

The house was very cozy and well appointed! The bedrooms were lovely with very comfortable beds. We loved the fireplace! Communication was fast and easy. Whenever we had questions there was a quick response! We also loved the community! We were in walking distance to the clubhouse and a short drive to the ski mountain in the community! We hope to return!

I do wish you had reached out to us while you were there, as we would have been more than happy to help right away. The home is equipped with multiple heating options, including electric baseboard heat, three mini-split units, and a propane fireplace. As an extra layer of comfort, we also keep portable electric heaters on site for guests to use as needed. We truly want all of our guests to be comfortable, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’ll use this feedback to make our heating instructions even clearer for future guests. Thank you again.

Breezy Pines is such a beautiful house in a lovely location. The spacious house was gorgeously decorated for a cozy Christmas vacation, and had all the amenities one would ever need. The host was so gracious and also provided us with a travel crib, highchair, etc. that we needed for our toddler, and the baby safety gates at both the top and bottom of the chairs are so appreciated as they ensured our toddler's safety. The rooms were so cozy and lovely, and it really helps to have 2 bathrooms - 1 on each floor. The kitchen was fully equiped and the host also graciously left us a hot chocolate bar, and a welcome gift, which we were very thankful for. The house also has a lovely deck, a gorgeous sunroom, and of course a grill, firepit, etc. The electric fireplace was also very much appreciated by us as it added even more to the ambience, while keeping us nice and warm. The outside view is gorgeous- especially in the snow. The restaurant run by the community's clubhouse was fantastic, as were other restaurants nearby. The house was stocked with a fantastic collection of board games, and has 3 tvs, for times when you just want to lounge in the comfortable couches and chairs. Everything was so wonderful- we didn't want to leave! The house was so inviting! Next time we will for sure plan a longer vacation at beautiful Breezy Pines! Thank you for letting us vacation here!
