This is a privately owned home. While a professional cleaning is scheduled after checkout, there is no daily maid service.
We provide essential items such as towels, bed linens, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

If you need extra supplies during your stay, please plan to bring or purchase them locally.

👥 Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Please let us know in advance if you’re expecting any daytime visitors.
The nightly rate covers up to 12 guests. An additional fee of $75 per guest per night will apply for each guest beyond 12 (i.e., for the 13th, 14th, and 15th guests).

🐶 Pets
We welcome small to medium-sized pets (approx. 20–50 lbs, 15–20 inches tall) when noted at the time of booking.
To help us maintain cleanliness:
A pet fee of $50 per pet per stay applies and will be charged separately. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
