Great Family Vacation

The house was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for all ten of us. The golf carts were a huge plus and got a lot of use. We had an issue with the air conditioner and there was someone out to look at and fix it within a very short amount of time. They even went above and beyond by bringing a full propane tank for the grill. We would absolutely stay here again.

We love this area and have been going there for years! This home is by far the best one we have stayed in! Perfect distance from everything! Tons and tons of space ! Beautiful furnishings! Perfect outdoor seating and dining areas!

This is such a beautiful property. Pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was perfect. The kitchen utensils were endless! The bed so very comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing. So beautifully decorated. We didn’t want to leave. The location was great. I have absolutely no negatives on this property and would definitely stay here again

Easy Check in, Everything was as noted in the description. House was tip top notch clean. Golf carts were a blessing as we used them to get to beach, shops and tour the facility. Perfect layout for the entire family.

By far the best!

We loved this home and would recommend it to everyone! We love Sandestin, and being right on the golf course made the location even better. The two golf carts made it so easy to enjoy the beach, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, and even a fun grocery trip to Publix. The house was spotless, comfortable, well maintained, and very inviting. It was so clean that I could walk barefoot without a single worry, which is unheard of for us “neat freaks” who travel! The home was very spacious, and we especially loved the main-floor master suite. The location was also extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities around Sandestin, 30A, and Miramar Beach. The heated Phil Hummel pool was perfect, and the community pool was a nice retreat just a short walk away. Beach Luxury Vacations was amazing from start to finish. We have rented from many other companies, and they were by far the best!

The home was beautifully appointed & well stocked! Nice quiet street ( cul de sac) . Parking wasn’t so easy if you have more than two vehicles. We enjoyed our annual girlfriend weekend to Destin and this home was in a great and convenient location to Grand Blvd & plenty of restaurants & shopping.

Exceptional - 10 STARS

We had an exceptional stay here. The home was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. One of our favorite features was the gorgeous panoramic view of the golf course from the screened-in porch, which also made it easy to enjoy the outdoors without worrying about pesky mosquitoes. We loved having dinner at the outdoor dining table and watching TV out there in the evenings. It made the whole setting feel so peaceful and special. The 2 golf carts were wonderful and made getting around Sandestin so much fun. Everything about our stay was comfortable and memorable, and we would absolutely love to come back. We also cannot say enough great things about the management company. They went above and beyond time and time again, from an easy check-in process to accommodating a late check-out based on our flight schedule.

Great Family Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Board Walk Two. Our adult children joined us for a very relaxing week. We had booked last year and when the owners sold their house that we had stayed at many times the week before, they let us stay at their new home. They were able to get everything together in just a week! The golf cart had an issue which they came and fixed quickly. Thanks for a much needed week away!

POSITIVES- The home was very nice and beds comfy.Had an issue with one of the golf carts and they fixed it and had it back going again within an hour. Drinking water from the tap tastes good and has been filtered. Does not taste like typical Florida water:) NEGATIVES- they do not communicate to you until right before you leave that drivers of the golf carts must be at least 30 years old… it’s one of the main reasons we stayed. This was so our young adult children could have use of the golf carts. We expected age limit of 25, but 30 is excessive. Other homes in the same neighborhood with different managing companies do not have this excessive age limit. The bunk room stays hot- especially with 4 people staying there and no fan in the room. I requested a box fan due to this and was told no. Since there’s only one bike with the property, the leasing company said they would deliver a second bike, but never did. Water pressure isn’t great. We did not know before going that unless you book directly from Sandestin, we do not have unlimited bikes or kayaks as advertised on the SanDestin resort website. They are a leasing agent themselves & provide perks for renting directly through them. This house is not rented through Sandestin resort. Beach for the Sandestin resort is PACKED. If you don’t like crowed beaches, this is not for you. We went to the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park nearby and was much better. You park and take a shuttle to the beach. Was very nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the home, the comfortable beds, the water, and especially our quick response when the golf cart needed attention. We do want to clarify that the 30 golf cart driver requirement is disclosed immediately after booking and well within the cancellation window should this be a concern. It is included in both the booking contract and a separate one-page golf cart addendum, which must be signed within 48 hours of booking. The requirement is also available in the reservation app immediately after booking and is included again in the emailed check-in instructions. We understand that other management companies may have different policies. Our owners place a high priority on the safety of our guests and the care of the golf carts, so our policy requires the cart to be operated by the insured lessee. Additional drivers age 30 or older may be approved when they are covered under the same insurance policy and provide a valid driver’s license. With frequent golf cart accidents throughout Sandestin and replacement cart costs being significant, we feel this policy is an important safeguard for both our guests and the property. The home is listed as including one bicycle, and we do not have homeowner approval to purchase additional bicycles based on individual guest requests. We are glad you enjoyed your vacation overall and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

The house was clean, exactly as described, and in a great location. We did find a dirty diaper under one of the beds, but we simply picked it up and threw it away.The only downside—and it’s not the property’s fault—was the beach. Much of the beach is occupied by private beach chair companies, which leaves very little space for guests who don’t want to rent chairs.Overall, the house and property were great.One thing worth mentioning is that this is the first VRBO we’ve rented that came with only the items specifically listed in the description. Many of the VRBOs we’ve stayed at in the past have had leftover spices, garbage bags, plastic storage bags, dishwasher detergent packs, and other useful items from previous guests. I’m not taking any points off for this because those extras aren’t expected, but if you’re staying here, plan on bringing or purchasing everything you’ll need.
