Located in Gondola Village, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers true ski-in/ski-out access just steps from the Whiffletree SuperQuad. The Base Lodge and Sugarloaf Village are just a 60-second walk away, with dining, shopping, and après all close by.

Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed space that blends comfort and convenience with the little details that make a stay feel special. The well-equipped kitchen features premium appliances and everything you need for meals at home, with seating for six at the dining table plus three stools at the kitchen island. After a day on the mountain, settle into the spacious living room with a Queen Dream Sofa Sleeper and Smart TV.

The primary suite features a queen bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a custom tiled shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, Smart TV, and twin pull-out sleeper chair. A second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and double vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with thoughtfully selected toiletries, and in-unit laundry adds convenience throughout your stay.

Traveling with kids? We’ve made that easier, too. A highchair, pack-and-play with an upgraded mattress and sheets, step stool, toys, books, and games are available for younger guests. You’ll also find board games, playing cards, a cribbage board, and curated reading materials for relaxing evenings in.

The location shines in every season. In winter, ski from the building and return without getting in the car. In summer and fall, step outside for direct access to Sugarloaf’s mountain biking terrain, or explore nearby golf, hiking, scenic lift rides, and the Carrabassett Valley trail system.

My name is Jessica, and I am the owner of BP Legacy Properties LLC, a company founded to carry forward a vision I shared with my late husband. Together, we had planned to enter the world of real estate investment following his retirement from a distinguished career in law enforcement. Though he passed before we had the opportunity to begin, I established BP Legacy Properties to honor his memory and build a lasting legacy for our son.

Professionally, I am an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, a role that has shaped my appreciation for attention to detail, clear communication, and anticipating the needs of others. Before nursing, I spent many years in the hospitality industry as a server, bartender, and event planner. That combination of hospitality and healthcare has greatly influenced the way I approach hosting—creating spaces that are thoughtfully prepared, exceptionally cared for, and designed with the guest experience in mind.

As a mom to an active young son, much of our life is spent outdoors. We love skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, ice fishing, and summers at the lake. Those experiences have also shaped the kind of properties I want to offer: elevated and beautifully appointed, while still comfortable, practical, and welcoming for families.

At BP Legacy Properties LLC, my goal is to create more than simply a place to stay. I want guests to arrive and immediately feel that the details have been considered—from a well-equipped kitchen and family-friendly amenities to the small comforts you might expect from a boutique hotel.

The Legacy at Sugarloaf is deeply personal to me, and it is a privilege to share it with the families, friends, and guests who choose to make their own memories here.
