Oceanfront Condo med stor terrasse

Denne lejlighed har 3 soveværelser med 3 komplette badeværelser og er klar til din strandferie! Lejligheden er stor (2070 kvadratmeter) og har en stor terrasse (ca. 500 kvadratfod), som ligger direkte på stranden.

Fall lejepris (september til december) er $ 1600/2 uger, $ 2350/3 uger, $ 2825/1 måned og $ 6500/3 måneder plus rengøringsgebyr og moms.

Vinter / Forår lejepris (januar til maj) er $ 1850/2 uger, $ 2500/3 uger, $ 3100/1 måned og $ 7200/3 måneder plus rengøringsgebyr og moms.

Sommerleje (juni til august) er $ 1900/2 uger, $ 2575/3 uger, $ 3175/1 måned og $ 7900/3 måneder plus rengøringsgebyr og moms.

WiFi er installeret og tilgængeligt inden i min lejlighed !!! Vores bygning har også WiFi i de fleste fælles områder af bygningen.

Udlejningsrabatter er tilgængelige for små familier.

Denne lejligheds terrasse blev renoveret i 2014, og en ny højeffekt AC-enhed blev installeret i 2015.

Det store soveværelse, stue og den største spisestue har udsigt over havet.

Det store soveværelse har en king-size seng, walk-in closet og både separat bruser, bruser + badekar, make-up værelse og tv med DVD-afspiller.

Det 2. soveværelse har et walk-in-closet, en king-size seng, et komplet badeværelse og et fladskærms-tv med en indbygget dvd-afspiller.

Det tredje soveværelse har 4 køjesenge, et komplet badeværelse, skabe, kommoder og et fladskærms-tv med en indbygget DVD-afspiller.

Køkkenet er stort, har alle apparater og redskaber til madlavning og har også en spiseplads til morgenmad.

Stuen har sofaer og et 46 tommer fladskærms-tv, DVD-afspiller og lydanlæg.

Lejligheden har også sin egen vaskemaskine og tørretumbler (i køkkenet) og masser af håndklæder til sine gæster.

En fælles udendørs pool samt indendørs pool og jacuzzi er tilgængelig for alle gæster.

Wonderful vacation

Amazing condo!

This condo was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the spacious balcony and it had everything we needed during our stay. Ken was very accommodating with the check-in and Kristina was very helpful during our stay. We highly recommend it - a 5 star plus!

Awesome location.

We were extremely pleased with this rental. It was our first time renting and couldn't be happier. The location was great and the views off the terrace were fantastic. Everything was easy to find as far as restaurants and stores. The area is very well laid out and there are places with in walking distance from the condo. We will definitely be going back again.

Wonderful Time and Location

This condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed for our stay and very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was so easy. We loved the location and the balcony was outstanding. We were able to watch the space launches from the balcony. The extras supplied by the owner of toys for the kids and beach supplies are a really wonderful touch. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were nice and the indoor Jacuzzi was very nice and relaxing. The owner of the condo is outstanding to work with. We hope to be back again next year. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Best place on the beach!

We are finishing our second week at this condo and I do not want to leave! We've vacationed in Daytona for 23 years and this is honestly my favorite place to stay. This is our second year renting from Kenneth. He is the nicest owner to deal with! Responds to email promptly, does everything he can to make our stay a great experience. The place is clean, the kitchen well stocked with anything we've needed, everything is up to date and classy. My favorite thing is the huge balcony! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean. Thanks, Kenneth, for your kindness! We hope to be here next year!

Great stay in Daytona Shores

We really enjoyed our stay in Daytona. We stayed for the month of November. The place was great. The condo is on the 4th floor. It is accessible by two elevators from the lobby. There is another service elevator, but it was out of service. The condo is quite spacious. The master bed and bath are quite large. The master has a king bed, a good-sized walk-in closet and sliding doors that lead to the balcony. The master bath has a large tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed with its own bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has 4 bunk beds with its own bathroom also with a shower. The house was well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. It has a big open living room/dining room area. The couches were comfortable, and the TV set was large and worked well. The table in the dining area has seating for at least 6. The kitchen had an island and a breakfast bar with stools. There was also a separate table in the kitchen area. This was a working vacation for my husband, so he set up his work area in the living room with a view of the balcony and ocean. The internet was good, and the speed of the connection was adequate for our purposes. The view from the large balcony was outstanding. The condo is located directly on the ocean. There are huge sliding doors along the whole ocean side of the condo. The master bedroom also had a TV, but we did not use it. The other two bedroom also have small TVs. We had use of the garage during our stay. We had a few visitors that were able to park out front of the condo after we got them a temporary parking permit from the front desk. The laundry room is in the kitchen area. The condo has access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool, and indoor hot tub. There is also direct access to the beach from the outdoor pool area. The condo has two workout areas - one with weights and the other with cardio equipment. On the top level, we had access to the common room that also had a great view of the beach. We went on many morning walks on the beach. The place felt very secure. The location of the condo was great. It was close to many interesting areas, and we explored them all. A highlight was the Greek Festival held at a nearby Greek church. If you are here in November, don’t miss it. We also saw two rocket launches. The Daytona Shores area is beautiful clean, and safe.

Kenneth: Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. The balcony was a huge hit with us and the views were great. Perfect place to Social Distance!

Comfy beds, attentive property manager, great view from the oversized terrace and one of our favorite cities to visit! Condo was nice and roomy! Cooked in large kitchen a lot because of Covid-19. No problem with social distancing at this large condo complex. Would definitely rent again from this owner!

A Home Away from Home for all

Back again we were this year! Kenneth is so easy to work with and extremely prompt on answers. This clean and neat 3/3 has the space, comfy beds and living room furniture we all seach for plus a well stocked kitchen that makes the difference. Of course the interior garage is really nice to have to. I highly recommand this rental. Doreen.

"Immaculate Clean"

This rental is accurate but what you do not see is how " Immaculate Clean" it is! Our favorite part was breakfast each morning out on the hugh balcony... what a spectacular oceanfront view all while listening to the ocean! Kenneth, the owner, is more then willing to go above & beyond to ensure your stay is everything. Would definitely be a repeat visitor.

Wonderful place!

The condo was spacious, right on the beach, in a great location! It was fully furnished with anything you could need from coffee maker to beach towels. There was an inside pool and hot tub, which came in handy on cool days, as the outside pool is not heated until April. The outside veranda was very large, you could see up and down the coast. Perfect location to take day trips to Kennedy Space Center, St.Augustine, Disney, etc. dolphins could be seen several days from the veranda. Kennwth was easy to work with and property is very secure. Loved it!
