This seaside sanctuary is a great place to stay-offering beautiful oceanfront views and all the comforts of home! Comfortably sleeps 6 guests, with a king-size bed in the main bedroom, 1 queen and 2 twins each in the guest bedrooms. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, for early morning breakfasts or evenings when you want to dine in. For your convenience, there is also a washer/dryer in the condo.

Start your morning with a sunrise that will take your breath away, you’re just footsteps from the beach. Fun filled afternoons either at the beach or taking in all the wonderful attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer you won’t be disappointed. Need to exhale? The large oceanfront pool is the perfect place to lounge and relax. A fitness room is available and what could be better than after a hard workout but to enjoy the sauna!

The living room is perfect for friends and family gatherings. Plush couches and chairs will make it a cozy affair!

ALL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HELD TO THE FOLLOWING POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
