This property was wonderful! It was exactly as pictured. The pool & pool house were incredible! We had several places for a large group to gather and relax. All the furniture, inside and out was super comfortable. The beds and pillows were great! The tankless water heater was so nice with our large group. We will definitely return! Such a beautiful place to stay!!

The house and property were great but I thought when we booked the house that the pool was heated and year round. We loved the pool house and the beds were great! One bad thing was the smell of the water and the septic smell.

Awesome place for a family. Our son and his wife and my mom loved the extra room in the pool house to be able to get away when the main house got a little loud with the grandkids. Tons of great outside lounging spots. Sunsuts were spectacular and the seclusion was a huge bonus but still close to all the great sites for hiking. Be careful of the first step to the front porch as it's a little higher than expected and a few of us tripped the first time going up. Also the rug at the back door should be replaced as it's curled up and the tape that was trying to hold it down wasn't helping much. Overall I would definitely recommend and consider staying again! Hosts we quick to respond to questions when we first checked in.An awesome family vacation!!

We had a great time down in Hocking Hills! We only noticed a few things such as personal items left in the pool (we found a diabetic pump floating around along with some jewelry). There was also a strong eggy smell to the water that was noticeable in the showers and when washing dishes. We also couldn’t find instructions on how to use the outdoor fireplace which would have been nice to use in the evenings. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to booking again.

Hot tub was fantastic. Home was cozy and so comfortable. Setting of property was gorgeous! Christmas tree inside the house a perfect touch. Communication with property managers was wonderful especially since 5 inches of snow happened our weekend. Our family had a wonderful weekend holiday before Christmas! Loved this home!!

This property was everything we expected. The outdoor seating was perfect for watching every sunrise and sunset. The property was very clean and had great air conditioning. Property was also only 10 minutes away from the main parking of Hocking Hills State Park. The grill was perfect for cooking dinners and still being able to watch all the fun in the pool. There are no words to describe how amazing the pools house is. We were able to keep all drinks and snacks down in the pools house and didn’t even have to go back to the house during the day. I would be careful of the main steps in the house, when they get slightly wet. We had 3 separate people from our group fall down the stairs. I would recommend more washcloths for larger groups. We also found ourselves looking for more like throw blankets instead of the larger white comforters. Overall this was a great place for my sister’s bachelorette trip, full of relaxation and many memories. Thank you for having us.

The property is just as beautiful as it appears in the photos. The main house and pool house are a good size and very comfortable. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars was because of the bathroom leak. There’s also a bit of a lady bug issue. The customer service is top notch, they are very responsive. My guests and I had a great time. If you’re looking for serenity in a beautiful and secluded area, this is your place.

Great location near popular hikes and winery; quite windy on the hilltop in winter

Secluded, quiet, epic sunsets, plenty of parking; loft beds aren't too exposed; half bath is in pool house; new Starlink wifi is great; gas fireplace on porch *does* work if you can figure it out; generous stock of towels + toilet paper. Clean, new, modern. No indoor fireplace as shown in pictures; No regular coffee pot; Not enough dishware for >10; Dining table only seats 8; Too windy (hilltop) in winter to use back porch or fire pit; Would stay again only in warmer months when pool is open.

It is a beautiful property with an amazing view! The hot tub and pool were wonderful. We had a couple minor issues and they responded quickly. The shower on the second floor was leaking into the bathroom below. The only thing that bothered me was that on our last full day there someone came out to mow the field and I ended up having several asthma attacks because of it and had to stay inside. Otherwise the stay was lovely.

A quiet spot with a beautiful view!

We really enjoyed the large covered deck and heated pool. The cabin is in a very quiet area without any road noise or neighboring lights at night. Bedding was comfortable, water pressure was good and the kitchen well appointed. As an aside, the WiFi did not work and the TVs rely on internet connectivity to play content (no antenna). Cellular signal in the cabin is also very weak (outside, reception is good), so if connectivity and electronic entertainment is important - plan accordingly.

It was a beautiful cabin and the land was well maintained and quiet.

Cabin was great; clean except flies and gnats. The TV is too high; should have a mount that tilts down for better viewing. Fireplace outside (gas) doesn't work. The grill worked after we switched propane; needs a big cleaning because some of it caught fire b/c what was left on it before. bedrm ceiling fan turns off b/c that switch turns off the 2ceiling lights by it; needs 2 switches. No outlets in bthrm near sink/mirror for hair. Water dripped on 1st flr bthrm mirror from light bc 2nd flr bthrm
