On the lower level, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms:
A bright bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks (sleeps 4) — perfect for kids or guests
A cozy full bedroom
This floor also includes a half bath and a stackable washer/dryer, making beach days a breeze.

Upstairs, the main living area offers a classic open-concept layout with plenty of room to gather. Relax on the comfy sectional, stream your favorite shows, enjoy casual meals in the dining area, or cook up local seafood in the fully equipped galley kitchen. This level also hosts a queen bedroom and a full bathroom, ensuring everyone has space to unwind.

Step outside to the spacious second-floor deck, perfect for al fresco dinners, grilling summer favorites, and soaking in the ocean breeze.
The Top Deck is primarily for shading the 2nd floor deck. Owners are limiting access to 3rd floor deck.

Down below, the backyard features a private fire pit for roasting s’mores under the stars, plus a secluded outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes after the beach.
