Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood near wooded trails, this home is just minutes from downtown Flagstaff, Snowbowl, and many of Northern Arizona’s most beloved hiking and outdoor spots.



Whether you`re here to reconnect, recharge, or explore the beauty of Flagstaff, this cool and modern retreat offers the perfect balance of style, space, and serenity. We welcome respectful guests who appreciate comfort and quality in a quiet setting.



Except for a few off-limit cabinets and closets, guests will have the entire home to themselves.



Accessibility: Whether entering from the garage or front door, there are a couple of steps to enter the house. Guests will have to utilize stairs to access the upstairs bedrooms. Two master suites with full bathrooms and a half-bath are located on the main floor.



We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well. You can get a hold of us via AirBnB messaging , text, or call.



We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation with more than 8 adults. This is not a party house 😉



Guests are allowed up to 4 vehicles. The home is in a cul-de-sac and street parking isn`t really a option. Between the garage and driveway, the homes has enough space to comfortably fit 4 regular sized vehicles.



After booking you will be sent a link to your online guest registration form. This is though us directly. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.



We collect the following information during registration;

- All adult guests: Names

- Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov`t ID

- Vehicle information



City Ordinance: No street parking From Nov. 1st through April 1st. There is plenty of off-street parking spaces available, please try to only utilize the driveway and garage. This helps keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents.



Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 7 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.



About 3 days prior to your check-out date, a $300 security HOLD will be placed on your card on file for any damages or incidentals found after check-out. This hold will be automatically released about 3 days after check-out, less any charges.
