Located in Geneva, this newly remodeled three-bedroom home offers a comfortable, central base for exploring Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes. Sleeping up to eight guests, the home features one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and 1.5 updated bathrooms.

Hobart and William Smith Colleges, downtown Geneva, local parks, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all nearby, making the property convenient for campus visits, wine-country trips, and extended stays.

Nearby destinations:

* Hobart and William Smith Colleges: 0.5 miles or approximately a 20-minute walk
* Downtown Geneva: Approximately a 17-minute walk
* Belhurst Castle: 2 miles
* Three Brothers Wineries and Estates: 10 miles

Important property notes:

* The backyard has been freshly graded and is still under improvement; grass is not currently present.
* Pets are not permitted.
* Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are prohibited.
* Exterior cameras monitor the entrance; there are no cameras inside.
* A gas grill and tanks are provided, but propane availability is not guaranteed.
* Early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated.
* Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any concerns or damage within the first hour.

Check-in:

The side door is the designated guest entrance. The smart-lock code will be included in the instructions sent 24 hours before arrival. After entering the code, press the checkmark button in the lower-left corner of the keypad.

Checkout:

Before departure, lock the home, load used dishes into the dishwasher, and start a cleaning cycle. Set the thermostat to 60°F and turn off any window air-conditioning units. Trash is collected on Fridays; guests staying Thursday night must place the bins outside Thursday evening.

Maintenance:

Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent issues such as flooding, leaks, fires, or sewage backups. Non-emergency requests are handled daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; requests received later will generally be addressed the following day.

Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove personal items and lawn games from the yard. Snow-removal crews maintain the driveway during winter, although delays may occur during heavy snowfall.

This accommodation was everything it promised, well located, clean, very well presented and equipped and very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at 93 Optical street. The house was clean and well presented. It was equipped with everything we needed plus more. It was comfortable and very pleasant surroundings. I’m so pleased we chose this property and would definitely book it again.

We were in town for an Ironman race and accommodations were perfect. Very clean and everything we needed to enjoy the town and race!

House was very clean and comfortable. The open kitchen to living room was as great for a weekend trip with family to hang out and relax in. Host was also very responsive and helpful when needed. Perfect location, right in the town of Geneva and close to everything you could need.

Overall, the property was as advertised and was nice. However, there were some small stuff that should be corrected. The lawn should be mowed, the coffeemaker replaced as it does not like pods, the hand mixer replaced as at does not work and the debris outside at the back let corner of the house cleaned up. We realize that the upstairs bathroom is built to code as it has a window but there should be a vent installed to get rid of the moisture. Or maybe install a mirror that doesn't fog up. With that said, I would recommend the house.

However, none of these concerns were reported to us during your stay, so unfortunately, we weren't given the opportunity to address them while you were at the property. Had we been notified, we would have gladly sent someone to mow the lawn, replace the coffee maker or hand mixer if needed, and inspect the debris outside. We also appreciate your comments regarding the upstairs bathroom. The home was built in accordance with applicable building codes, but we will certainly take your suggestions into consideration as we continue to improve the property.
