Beautiful and charming historic house right across from Bath Lake, and minutes walk to the shops in Medicine Park. The house is adorable, beautifully restored and decorated, and full of quirky charm. We loved hanging out on the back patio as well as walking across the road to swim every day. Great location, great little town, great hosts. If we come back to Medicine Park, we would definitely stay here again.

This was an incredible find! I originally booked it to accommodate the group I was with, I didn’t realize how amazing the location was until we got there. It’s right off the main road within walking distance to all of the unique stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The house is extremely unique and easily accommodated the number of people in our group. The host was extremely kind and was a great communicator. I would highly recommend this place to others!

We were in Medicine Park for our son’s basic training graduation!! This house was great. It looked over the river, had great walking spaces, cute bakery, creamery and The Old Plantation restaurant. Dustin could not have been a better host with communication.

This was the ideal location for our family for the valentine holiday weekend. The kids had not been to the area and this location is at the gateway to the Wichita Mountains/Wilderness Refuge Park. We walked to eat and shop after getting back from hiking all day. The house was comfortable and well equipped. Felt like 1900 luxury experience today.

It was a nicely renovated and spacious, historic home in close proximity to the activities and restaurants Medicine Park has to offer. Unfortunately, there was an extremely offensive (no exaggeration) smell coming from the refrigerator that was apparent in the kitchen even with the refrigerator door closed. It ruined the items we put in the refrigerator. Because we weren’t able to use the refrigerator and cook, we cut our stay short. If someone had checked the home before we checked in, the issue could have been caught and taken care of before we arrived. For the nightly cost of the VRBO, that should have been done.

They process was smooth Beds and sheets were super comfy. My only issue was that there were pre marks on the comforter. I meant to take pictures. The guests/neighbors were up at 2 am chatting it up. Otherwise a great experience.

The heating system did not work the first night. HVAC company did come out next day and get it working. There were no sheets on the master bedroom king size bed. No extra sheets in the house. The water pressure of the house would only allow for one shower on at a time.

We stayed here for our son’s BCT graduation and it was absolutely perfect. The house was big enough for all of us and such a relaxing home away from home. Right across from the creek and restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again. Great communication with the host.

Loved the location & quality of all furnishings. Our one criticism is the lack of storage & hanging space for your clothing. We had to keep all of our clothes in our suitcases. There was one closet in one of the 4 bedrooms, but it had stuff in it & no hangers, so it was unusable. Rows of pegs in each of the bedrooms and bathrooms would be greatly appreciated.

The property was beautifully furnished and styled and the location is fantastic! We had an office retreat there and it worked perfectly for that. The only item of note is that the water pressure is a little tricky (the upstairs shower lost all pressure when the downstairs toilet was flushed, for example) so you kind of have to coordinate that. That’s really just kind of one of those quirks with older properties like this though. I’d still stay again. Highly recommend :)
