The guest bedrooms include one with a queen bed and another with a twin and full bed, accommodating a variety of sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom has its own mini-split AC and heat unit for personalized climate control.
The dining area features a beautiful wood table with seating for six, and the living room includes a Samsung Smart TV, ready for you to log into your favorite streaming platforms.

This pet-friendly home welcomes one hypoallergenic dog under 25 pounds with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, plus space for a boat trailer. There's also a bait freezer in the laundry room for anglers, plus high-speed Wi-Fi and all the comforts of home. Whether you're kayaking through mangroves, exploring Key West, biking to nearby spots, or playing pickleball at the park, this canalfront gem offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation in the Florida Keys.

This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. ***The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we require a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance Policy.
