It features two spacious bedrooms, a living room with two sofa beds, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a service patio, and one full bathroom. The layout is linear, typical of colonial architecture: to access the bathroom, you must pass through the bedrooms or the living room.

the WiFi connection is 60/25 Mbps. The Smart TV includes Netflix and YouTube; there are no conventional television channels.
