Great place with better views

Overall a great location. We enjoyed being on this side of Sedona with access to several trail heads without going through uptown.

Exceptional views. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Having garage access for our vehicle was a great perk. We used the hot tub every evening (it was clean). Great communication with the host during our stay. House was very clean upon our arrival, no dust or bugs/spiders seen throughout our 3-night stay. We agree with previous reviewer that the sofa and chairs could use some improvement (they were quite uncomfortable). Overall, we would stay here again in a heartbeat as the view and location are A.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week! The views were spectacular as were all the amenities of the extremely clean house. Our family enjoyed the hot tub, yoga on the patio, foosball and Jenga. The management company was top notch.

The house was very accommodating, plenty of doors!!! The balcony view of the red rock mountains was absolutely stunning for morning and evening time on the balcony.

The house had spectacular views and we really enjoyed sitting on the upper deck. However, the furniture up there wasn’t very comfortable. I think throughout the house they could have more comfortable furniture. The house was clean except the oven had something spilled in it because when we turned it on, it started smoking so we couldn’t use the oven. Overall the house was nice.

What an amazing property! Absolute perfection for a small group of women on a low-key trip to Sedona :) We were wowed from the second we walked into the house, and kept talking the whole time about how lovely it was. We had everything we needed, plenty of space, and fantastic views to boot. It was also so wonderfully quiet! Just awesome for the relaxing vibe we were going for. AvantStay was a super helpful and convenient host as well - particularly loved the clear communication ahead of check-in as well as the text messaging from a local host! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, and will very likely return myself. Excellent stay!

This place is amazing!!!! The view is spectacular. The best I have ever stayed at! The house is spacious, so clean, beds are so comfortable, equipped with all your needs! I can go on and on! The hot tub felt so relaxing after a hike and sitting in the tub looking at that view was breathtaking. The communication through AvantStay was the best I have ever dealt with. Immediate answers to our questions and needs! Hurry up and book your stay , you’ll be so glad you did !

Killed 5 huge spiders in the living room needs to be treated. Upstairs and downstairs couches and chairs were junk to start with and are extremely uncomfortable. The grill is about to teeter over screws were on the ground that steady the legs, outright dangerous. Generally the owner needs to spend 10k on furniture to make it comfortable. Views are indeed wonderful.

Beautiful views and great location

I booked this property because of the views shown in the photos. It did not disappoint! Awesome views of Elephant Rock, Cathedral Rock, and the Nuns with Madonna and Child, from inside in the dining and living areas and the back decks. Gorgeous stars at night.Also, the mgt company was answered calls (I didn't have to wait for a return call) then handled the question or issue immediately.
