Dear Vacation Guest, Thank you very much for your review. We're glad you found your stay at Villa Santa Monica relaxing despite a few minor issues. One point about the beach / pool towels; there definitely should be some at the home and we apologize that you did not have any during your stay. Generally speaking, if anything is missing that is considered standard equipment, whether it's towels or a hair dryer or a coffee maker, the property manager will provide these items when notified that they are missing. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back anytime! Sincerely, The Comfort Homes Team

Dear Vacation Guest, Thank you very much for your detailed review. We're glad you had an enjoyable time at Villa Santa Monica. The repair of the Tiki hut roof has been ordered, and we will add a dock chair and the necessary cushions.. We replace linens and towels as needed. An initial supply of detergent, dishwashing pods, paper towels etc. should have been provided (just not shower gel). We apologize if that was not the case. Thank you for leaving some for the next guests, that is very kind of you! It would be a pleasure to welcome you back anytime in the future. Sincerely, The Comfort Homes Team
