This spacious home features four bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen over twin) and 2.5 bathrooms. The rooms are generously sized, ensuring that all guests experience first-class comfort throughout their stay. Relax in the Jacuzzi tub off the primary bedroom for added luxury.
The bedrooms are themed, the Primary Palm King, the Space Queen room, the King Shell room and the Ocean queen/twin room.
Outdoor Entertainment
Enjoy a heated pool with a large outside landing deck complete with upgraded seating, pool toys, and a large screen TV on the back patio. The expansive lot provides ample space for various outdoor games and gatherings, whether grilling, dining, lounging by the pool. A fire pit invites you to make s’mores and more under the stars.

I am originally from WI (Go Pack Go!), lived in Charleston, SC where I met my military husband (Ret. Navy). That is how we got to FL 15 years ago.
I walk the beach 4 times a week min. and we get out on the boat as much as possible. I love to go to different areas around here as every area in FL has something unique to offer.

I chose this neighborhood as I live in the area. I normally own and operate my rentals. When my neighbors discussed moving and using this home as a vacation rental, I said, "Let me at it!!" It is gorgeous, it is private and it will be an amazing vacation rental.

The privacy is unique to this area. In a few neighborhoods around us, you can see houses are very close together in FL. Not the case here, so much space. Whether you're playing in the yard with your friends and/or kids, or hanging pool side. There is something for everyone to enjoy at this home.
So close to the beach and Cocoa Village, you are in the middle of it all. Between two rivers and the beach, so much to do!
