Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the 1 Bedroom Condo unit within a secure condo building. Building entry is controlled, providing an added level of security during your stay. The unit itself offers self-guided access for a smooth and convenient check-in experience.



A dedicated washer and dryer are located on the first floor of the building and are available for guest use for a fee. Guests will have access to all living areas within the unit. Any locked storage or utility spaces are reserved for owner or management use.



This setup ensures a secure, comfortable, and hassle-free stay from arrival to departure.

Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, and taxis are also an option. We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold(not for Airbnb) for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
