Our cozy house offer 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms,
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom downstairs with a King bed and a sofa with full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds downstairs
Bedroom 3: 1 king bed, upstairs with en-suite full bathroom
Bedroom 4: 2 queen bed, upstairs with en-suite full bathroom
Bedroom 5: 3 full mattress, upstairs with en-suite full bathroom
Guest access
The entire house is yours except some locked owner closets
Other things to note

House Rules:
- Quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am. We want to make sure we are not disturbing the neighborhood
- Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, without prior notice and approval, are not allowed. In the event of undisclosed guests, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund.
- Pet fee $150 for 2 dogs maximum and needs prior approval. Cats are not allowed.
- No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property. Violations will result in the reservation being terminated immediately without refund.
- No smoking allowed inside the property
- Early checking and late checkout might be available with additional fee
- No undisclosed Event or Party

*Parking: Our front and side driveways have space for 12-14 cars (no commercial vehicle allowed)

Pool Rules
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
- Swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or glass in the pool area. Deep end is 7ft and shallow end is 3ft
- Pool hours: 8am - 10pm
- Guests do not have access to on-site pool control board.
