We loved our time at the condo. It fit our needs perfectly. I rent my home on the West Coast of Florida and understand what goes into setting up a house for guests. Gretchen was completely on point. Every detail was executed perfectly. I actually got a few more ideas for how to present my home as well. Thank you, Gretchen and David for a wonderful experience at Cocoa Beach! When we return to visit our family, we will be in touch.

What a surprise to hear that our condo was your children’s first Vrbo! Our goal when we decided to rent our condo was to provide an experience that children will remember far into adulthood, fondly looking back at that condo by the beach! I will continue working hard to provide this experience and hope to have you all return!

I’ve stayed at several VRBO properties when vacationing and this is by far the cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in. It smelled very clean when we walked in. It’s not just sprays to cover up smells, it was truly clean. Most don’t include towels and linens for free, but this host did. It was like staying in a hotel where everything is provided and CLEAN! they had extra snacks and coffee pods provided. They even had dish soap and hand soap! I wish every owner took as much care and went the extra mile. The location was very convenient from the parking lot and the pool is right outside the door. Would recommend staying in this unit.

The owner has clearly put so much thought into making guests feel at home. Communication was excellent from start to finish—friendly, responsive, and helpful, making the entire process seamless.
