The property was so pretty and easy to access. It's in a cute neighborhood with lots of places to go nearby, as well as tons of subway and bus stops easily accessible. I definitely recommend staying here!

As a group of four we had enough space to fit, however the basement bunk beds were unusable. The mattress always so thin we couldn’t sleep down there. One fairly large downside is the smell that emanates from the upstairs neighbors. I know that is completely out of the host’s control, but we did have someone incredibly sensitive to the odor. For the price we can’t complain! Communication was excellent! I appreciated that so much.

Overall a good place to stay for a few nights, especially if you are looking for space to spread out. It is a nicely finished apartment that had everything we needed and comfortable beds. It could have been a little cleaner and was missing a few basics like a kitchen towel, a window covering in the bedroom and a bath mat. Washer and dryer are a great perk. Check-in was super smooth. We easily found free street parking close to or in front of the house. Just two short blocks from a subway station (not an accessible one though). Neighborhood is slightly questionable but felt fine during the day. Probably matches the price for NYC standards. WiFi was struggling during our visit but AC is STRONG.

Excellent location, great apartment with a ton of space. The yard is awesome, wish we had a reason to use it. Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. My only feedback would be around better host communication as response times were very slow to messages. I’d also recommend a towel refresh as they all had a musty smell to them.

Good communication. Cleanliness could have improved. The floors were not clean, and a broom/ mop was absent. Parking was not the best, but it’s New York.

Everything was great. I rented for the weekend. The check in was easy. Fully stocked towels & wash cloths. Very clean modern kitchen. With an upstairs and downstairs. Great to accommodate large gatherings. The beds are foam and not very comfortable for someone who is use to mattresses but overall our stay was short and sweet. Adaquate heating and has an awesome backyard with two exits out of the property. Property manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this property for rent.

Very nice and modern apartment , lots of spaces for relaxing . Bedding was very comfortable and everyone was happy , I would say the bunk beds are 100% better for young kids. Owners were attentive and answers all of my questions in a timely matter . We had a great time and it’s a reasonable walking distance to the C train . Plenty of towels but if you get chilly I suggest you bring extra blankets and pillows . Shower had good pressure and got very hot! Although a bit sensitive . Made our birthday trip a fantastic time

We had a very disappointing experience at this property. On the first night, the upstairs bathroom lost power, and despite trying the switchboard and reset buttons, nothing worked. The following night, we returned to find brown-colored water leaking from a basement light fixture. Shortly after, the power went out downstairs, leaving us without lights both there and in the upstairs bathroom.The host did send someone the next day, who was able to restore the power, but the leakage problem was not resolved. Later that evening, another leak appeared—this time from the smoke detector—which then began beeping nonstop due to water damage. The alarm continued for a day and a half until someone came to remove it! It was extremely annoying and bothersome.These issues were stressful, time-consuming, and concerning for our safety. While the host was responsive and the location itself was true to the listing, the overall experience was not what we expected or paid for.

Hi Makeda, We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We did our best to assist you with the bathroom light issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, since it was Labor Day, it was a challenge to find a plumber to address the leak promptly. However, we ensured that one was sent as soon as they became available. Regarding the alarm issue, we attempted to troubleshoot and offered a suggestion, but since it didn’t resolve the problem, we arranged to have the alarm picked up promptly. As a gesture of our sincere apology, we were happy to honor your request for a late checkout by extending it from 11 AM to 3 PM. Thank you for your understanding, and again, we apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to host you again and provide a better experience on your next visit to the area.

Es bestanden einige technische Mängel:Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer defekt. Stehlampe defektKeine Leselampen am BettKeine KleiderhakenLicht und Belüftiungaschalter im Bad defektAlte dreckige Kochtöpfe außen auf der TerrasseZu wenige KaffeetassenBettwäsche und Handtücher musste mam zum Teil zusammensuchen.Aber es war geräumig und ganz gut eingerichtet, was optisch sehr schön war. Ruhig gelegen, allerdings sehr hellhörig. Die Schritte im 2. Stock waren sehr gut zu hören. Nah an der Metro Station. Die sollte man nachts evtl. meiden.
