After discussing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- We apologize for any inconvenience. Guests are required to request and pay the pool heat fee at the time of booking or prior to arrival. Unfortunately, we did not receive a request for the pool heat until after your arrival. Upon request the pool heat was turned on. It may take time to heat, especially in colder weather due to the pool’s depth.- The area is still recovering from the recent hurricane. While most roads, restaurants, and attractions are open, the bridge construction is part of ongoing efforts. Delays have been minimal, but we encourage guests to check local conditions before booking and arrival.The homeowner values transparency and appreciates your feedback on the property and surrounding area.Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’d love the chance to host you again and provide the 5-star experience we strive for!

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you felt the air conditioning was not sufficient. Our Wi-Fi thermostat showed that the system was running and maintaining the temperature around 75°F, which can be challenging to achieve when outdoor temperatures are near 95°F. To help circulate the cool air more efficiently, we recommend using the ceiling fans, which is a common practice in Florida homes.Regarding the Wi-Fi, it was functioning properly during your stay, but I understand there was some confusion with the password. I also apologize if any items were left in the refrigerator or drawers. This is not our standard, and I’ve addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.We strive to make every guest as comfortable as possible and appreciate your input so we can continue improving."
