🎥 Security & Cameras
A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front of the home for security purposes.

It records video for the protection of the property and to monitor arrivals and departures.

There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.

🚭 No Smoking or Drugs
Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home or near entrances/windows.

A $500 fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the property or immediately outside.

You may smoke outside the premises—away from the house.

🐾 Pet Policy
Pets must be pre-approved and noted in your initial booking message.

Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 penalty.

If bringing approved pets, please crate them if left alone in the home.

Pet-related damages or cleanliness issues (including with service/emotional support animals) may result in a $250 additional cleaning fee.

🛏️ Occupancy & Guests
Only guests included in the original reservation may stay overnight.

No unregistered overnight guests are permitted.

🔇 Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Keep outdoor noise to a minimum during this time out of respect for our neighbors.

🥳 No Parties or Events
Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed.

Any violations will result in immediate removal from the property and the entry code will be deactivated.

We enforce this strictly to maintain peace in our residential community.

🚪 Door & Lock Instructions
Always lock the door when leaving.

Pull the door towards you and enter the access code provided at check-in to secure it.

The door will not lock automatically unless the code is re-entered.

🧺 Laundry Use
If using the washer/dryer, please remember to clean out the lint tray after each use.

👣 Cleanliness & Respect
Please remove your shoes before entering the home to help us keep the space clean.
