Step inside and be greeted by a warm, open-concept great room with soaring vaulted ceilings, custom modern lighting, and rich alpine-inspired furnishings. Centered around a cozy wood-burning fireplace, this inviting space is perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain. Settle in for a movie night with a 55” Smart TV, or catch up on emails at the convenient workspace designed for remote professionals.
The chef-style kitchen is both beautiful and functional, boasting high-end appliances, rustic wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. Whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or a celebratory dinner with friends, the adjacent dining area offers plenty of room to gather and enjoy the view.
Step outside onto the covered deck, where Adirondack chairs and a gas grill make it easy to soak in the crisp mountain air and panoramic vistas year-round. It’s the ideal spot for morning coffee or après-ski cocktails.
The primary suite is a private haven, featuring a stone fireplace, direct access to the deck, and thoughtful details that elevate your comfort. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms offer privacy and convenience, with easy access to a private outdoor hot tub—perfect for unwinding beneath the stars after a day of adventure.
Just steps from your front door, ski-in/ski-out access connects you directly to the slopes of Big Sky Resort, one of the largest and most renowned ski destinations in North America. In the summer, enjoy fly fishing, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, and hiking trails that start right outside your door.
Additional amenities include parking for up to two vehicles, high-speed WiFi, and in-unit laundry. Whether you’re planning a family ski vacation, a remote working retreat, or a summer escape in the mountains, 5B North Rim Drive offers an unforgettable home base.

Master (main level): King bed with en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub
Bedroom 2 (lower level): King bed with en suite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 3 (lower level): Twin over Queen bunkbed with en suite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 4 (lower level): 2 twin over twin bunkbeds and queens bed with en suite bathroom with walk-in shower
This home is not ski-in/out until lifts open (scheduled for December 15th each year) but then skiing couldn't be easier! Just step out the front door onto Alpine Meadows access (green run) which will lead you to the Madison base with a variety of lifts and ski school.
Ski Out: The home is located on the Alpine Meadows Access. From the front door of the home, you will find a groomed trail called Alpine Meadows. Once on the trail, you proceed right (north) on the access which connects to Hideaway and the Madison Base Area.
Ski In: Can be done from either Moonlight/Madison Base or Mountain Village. Ironhorse Lift to Powder River. Through the skier tunnel, past the first skier bridge. Hard right on Natawista Run and this transitions to Bootlegger Access. Guests will take a left at the sign for Alpine Meadows and then ski over the long skier bridge back to the small access trail on the right behind Alpine Meadows.
Getting Around:
We highly recommend that our guests rent a 4x4 vehicle during the winter months (October-May). Please be aware that shuttle services must be booked in advance, and rideshare options like Uber or Lyft are unavailable in the area.
Other Things to Note:
Parking: This unit is allowed 2 vehicles parked at the end of North Rim Drive in front of the steps.

Your Super Host, Ascend Properties, is local and readily available to address any requests you may have during your stay.
