*Note: Home is near an active railroad track. Trains pass a few times daily with minimal noise. Most guests find it unobtrusive. Ear plugs are available in each sleeping space.

Wood Burning Fireplace and Policy
Enjoy the wood burning fireplace on cozy nights in. NOTE: The two wood piles in the backyard are for HOMEOWNER USE ONLY. All guests are to bring their own firewood for the wood burning fireplace. You can purchase bundled firewood at both Sunriver markets (located in the village and on Cottonwood road). Guests are welcome to use any wood left inside the iron holder located next to the fireplace.
