We were not contacted about any cleanliness concerns during your stay and would have gladly sent our cleaning team back to address the bathtub or any other areas needing additional attention had we been notified. Ouch… a four-star review. We did have an Internet outage for a few hours during Antoinette’s stay that likely cost us a star. We did work very quickly once we were notified to contact Spectrum and solve the problem.
