This is a bright and spacious house in a very convenient location. The marsh view from the backyard is gorgeous (the hammock was a popular spot for our group). The backyard is perfect for corn hole & wiffle ball in between bbqs and trips to the beach. We had a terrific visit to the Cape. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The home was spacious and very comfortable for a family. Cozy couch well supplied kitchen and beautiful deck with view.

We had a great time at this well-equipped and well-kept house. With the location being just a few steps from tide-pool beaches and a seafood shack, and with kayak access to the tidal river right in the backyard (if you time the outings to match the tides), our family including 4 g'kids age 7 and below could have spent the long weekend without ever getting in a car. But of course Orleans has numerous diversions as well, and we had a great time exploring them. Our hosts were clearly well-versed in providing resources for families, and we were very appreciative of all the toys and games and the fact that all the game parts were there! We felt welcomed from the start and our hosts remained attentive to our needs throughout our visit.

This house was perfect for our 10 person trip. We had four kids ages, 4, 6, 11, 13 and there were lots of toys and games available. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs. All showers had soap and shampoo available, and the house had everything we could need. They provided a nice canopy for the beach as well as bocce ball, corn hole, whiffle ball, a small wagon, beach chairs umbrella - really anything you need. The outdoor shower, hammock, outdoor furniture, solo stove fire pit, and grill are all brand new.The view out back is to die for, especially in the morning with a coffee. A two minute walk to the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. Communication with Griffin was fantastic and upon arrival we were greeted with snacks and a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. It felt like I was a friend of the family - so personal and cozy. We would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming VEBO rental! The backyard view of the marsh was absolutely serene, and the hammock made it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be more convenient—right in town and just steps away from a cozy little restaurant with the best lobster rolls.The host was incredibly thoughtful, leaving clear and helpful instructions that made settling in a breeze. They also surprised us with a bag of snacks, which our four kids devoured within minutes—such a sweet touch!Inside, the living and dining rooms were full of character and ideal for family game nights. There were plenty of beds, so each child had their own space and privacy, which made a big difference for everyone’s comfort.Highly recommend this spot for families looking for a relaxing and well-appointed getaway!

Griffin, the host was phenomenal with communication before and during our trip. The house was meticulously clean. We were warmly welcomed with a "Welcome basket" of snacks! Kitchen is well-stocked, as well as the garage (with beach toys, chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc., even metal sticks for roasting marshmellows!) The house and yard were perfect for our children and 2 grandchildren! We really enjoyed dinners and board games on the back deck, relaxing in the hammock, playing cornhole, and sitting around the fire in the firepit & making s'mores. The short walk to the beach, was a highlight, where we enjoyed sunsets and walking out at high tide! Look forward to returning!

This location was incredible. The property was perfect for a family wanting to enjoy all that the Cape had to offer. Perfect place watch the sunset, and just blocks from the beach and a great little restaurant. The firepit was perfect for after dinner smores. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be. He was better than any host we have ever had! Thank you Griffin!Diane Gasparro and family
