Important: Please do not lose the keys. A $200 replacement fee will apply if they are lost.

• This is a peaceful home—no parties or gatherings allowed

-If you require early check in please let us know immediately same day early check in request will be declined (Early check in fee is $99 - as we would have to hire an additional cleaner to have ready in time)
-All Booking Alterations Request for a shorter stay from the original length will be denied. Change of Dates will be accepted as long as same length of stay or longer.

- There can be noise time to time from the other tenants but typically very quiet
- Check-out Time: Please note that any late check-out beyond the designated 11:00 AM time will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour.

- No Smoking/Vaping in the Home.
- No Parties or Events
- Pets allowed for additional fee $250
- No Unregistered guests
- No Food/Drinks on the bed
- No Loud Noise after 9 PM to 9 AM there is a Sound Monitoring Device to Ensure this.
- Respect the neighbourhood
- No shoes in the house
- Keep the house clean
- Dispose Garbage in Garbage bins upon Check out
- Put all Recycling in the Recycling Bin upon Check out
-Please notify the host as soon as you check out in order to avoid potential late check out fees.
- 8 Guests Maximum Additional Guests will be $100 per person
Please note: Extra bedding and linens are not provided for additional guests.
- Failure to Clean up after yourself will result in a Deep Cleaning/Unexpected Cleaning Fee of $500
- Smoking/Vaping Fee: $500
- Unauthorized Parties or Events Fee: $1000

-Please double-check to ensure you have collected all personal belongings. We are not liable or responsible for any items left behind. If any valuables need to be returned, there is a $75 handling fee in addition to shipping costs and any other fees incurred
