Enjoy your stay with the comfort of a main level Master Suite with an en-suite bath with Full Shower and separate toilet.
Main level features an open concept including a living room that flows into the kitchen area stocked with all your hosting needs. Including two sets of sliders onto Top level wrap around porch with Hot tub (extra fee for use) and gas grill. Additionally, this level features a laundry room, with another toilet.

On the upper level you can find Two Bedrooms and a Full Bath overlooking the lake. 1st Bedroom has a queen Bed, while the second has both a Full and Twin Bed with Video Games and Bean bags all ready for your gaming enjoyment.

Wanting some family fun time? Head down to the lower level where you will not only find another Office/Flex room with a full bed and desk, full bathroom with Shower/Tub combo. You will find a 75” TV, with electric fireplace. Sectional Sofa with plenty of room to relax. Along with a Bar set upPool table and Foosball table. There are also lots of puzzles, games and Video game systems for your enjoyment.
Access to 2nd Covered deck from Lower Level with Steps down to the Fire Pit and Dock.

Our Grass Area at the top end of the house has plenty of flat area to run around, play Cornhole, or Badminton.

Dock includes a floater for boat tie-up and/or Jet ski docking. 2 Paddleboards, 2 Adult kayaks, 1 child kayak, Lilly pad and floats all available for use. *As we are located at the very back of the cove, water levels can fluctuate.

-Clean up after your Pets, inside and outside
-Do not leave your Pets alone unsupervised in the home unless crated.
-Guests are responsible for the Pet and any damage caused by it.
-No pets allowed on beds or furniture.
-No wet pets in the house, Rinse and dry your pet outside with your own towels.
-Pet hair or pet odor, especially on beds furniture or linens will require additional cleaning fees.
-Boat lift not available for guest use,

Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more prior to check in date is 100% refund.
14-29 days is 50% refund.
Less than 14 days from check in, No Refund.

Items to bring: Towels for the lake, Life jackets (we do have some small children’s sizes, for use.)
