Welcome to our spacious and comfortable Family Room, measuring 16 m² – ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends who want to enjoy a shared stay in Warsaw. The room features two comfortable beds that can be joined to create one large sleeping space, perfect for two people. Additionally, guests have access to a fold-out sofa that serves as a cozy seating area when folded, and an additional bed for two more people when extended. This allows the room to comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
The Family Room is also equipped with a large TV, providing evening entertainment. A desk with a chair allows for remote work or simply a comfortable corner for writing and planning the day. An additional table with chairs makes it a great space for enjoying meals or planning your time together in Warsaw. The room includes a wardrobe and clothes hanger, so you can conveniently unpack your belongings.
Guests in this room also have access to a private bathroom, dedicated exclusively to them. The bathroom is lockable and provides both privacy and convenience. It is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, towels, iron, and ironing board, so you can feel right at home.

The apartment, where the room is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The room is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the room door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
