The Space:

Discover Warsaw from our functional, 18-square-meter studio, which combines comfort with practical amenities. It’s perfect for both couples and groups of friends, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
In the main area, you’ll find a spacious double bed, ideal for resting and relaxing. Next to the bed, there’s a sofa where you can comfortably sit back and enjoy your favorite shows on your tablet. When unfolded, the sofa turns into a cozy bed for additional guests, making the studio suitable for up to four people. A table and chair complete the space, serving as both a dining area and a workspace for remote work.
The studio also features a spacious wardrobe and clothes hanger, allowing you to store clothing and personal items. We’ve provided outlets for charging mobile devices and a reading lamp by the bed for added comfort. Your privacy is our priority, so the studio is lockable – only you have access to it, ensuring complete peace and a sense of security.
You’ll have a private bathroom with a shower, where fresh towels await you, providing convenience and freedom. Additionally, there’s a fully equipped kitchenette where you’ll find everything needed to prepare meals – from a stovetop and microwave to a dishwasher and fridge with freezer. We’ve included a full set of dishes, pots, cutlery, as well as complimentary coffee and tea.
In the hallway, there’s a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, which are especially useful for longer stays. Fast Wi-Fi allows you to work remotely, browse the internet, or unwind with a movie. Our apartment is located at Grochowska Street 341 in Warsaw, offering excellent connectivity to key locations throughout the city. Here are the details:
Chopin Airport: About 25 minutes by taxi.
Modlin Airport: Around 50 minutes by taxi, with available bus connections.
Warsaw East Railway Station: 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by tram.
National Stadium Metro Station: 10 minutes by tram.
Bus and Tram Stops: Right by the building, providing quick access to various parts of the city.

Warsaw City Center: 15 minutes by tram or taxi.
Old Town & Royal Castle: 20 minutes by tram or 15 minutes by taxi.

The Neighborhood:
Hello,
Thank you for choosing our studio for your stay in Warsaw!
The apartment, where the studio is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The studio is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the studio door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a studio in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

Other Things to Note:
A damage deposit of PLN 400 is required.
Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or BLIK. We kindly ask you to make the payment in advance, preferably a few hours before arrival or even the day before.
The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, once the condition of the property has been inspected.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the deposit.


We can provide a baby cot (for an additional fee of PLN 50) - please ask about availability in advance.

We have more of these lovely MiniStudios in this area (including in this building), and they are all the same – so don’t worry, one of them might be available just for you.

You can also rent multiple MiniStudios from us and come with a larger group – with family and friends – so you can all stay together!
