Welcome to this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Oceanwalk Building 11, a bright and inviting retreat filled with coastal charm. Perched on the 3rd floor, the condo overlooks the tranquil pond with its gentle fountain, creating the perfect backdrop for mornings with coffee or evenings spent watching the Florida birds gather. Begin your day with a sunrise from your private balcony and end it with a sunset from the common balcony. Ideally located, this condo is just minutes from shopping, dining, and all the best of New Smyrna Beach.
The kitchen is beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, toaster oven, blender, and all your cooking essentials. The dining area seats six comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen counter, making it easy to enjoy meals together after a fun day in the sun.
The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a sofa, two recliners, and a smart TV. Guests will also enjoy a Blu-Ray DVD player, a collection of books, and board games. Sliders with plantation shutters lead to the private balcony, where you can relax and take in peaceful views of the pond and fountain.
