Guest Access:
Private entrance, two parking spaces (not reserved), first come first served boat/trailer parking. You will have a private entrace and entry is done with a door code. This building has three floors. The first is below ground level, the second is ground level and the third you do have to walk up a flight of stairs. This condo is on the third so you do have to walk up a flight of stairs to access. Access from the parking area is very easy and the stairs are at the immediate front of the building.

The Neighborhood:
You will love the neighborhood. You are literally a 5-10 minute walk to The Landing, The convention center and historic downtown Branson but you are just far enough away that it is peaceful and relaxing. You will be across the street from Cox Medical Center and a short drive to everything Branson has to offer.

No smoking of any kind in the condo or on the patio.
Fishing available from the dock or shore but license is required.
