Recently built Mountain Modern home. This home is close to Camp Richardson Beach Resort and right by Tahoe's bike trails leading to many of Tahoe's famous beaches. In the winter, the home is minutes from Heavenly and Sierra at Tahoe Ski Resorts. Lukins home has great views, family-friendly activities, and nearby fine restaurants and dining. You’ll love this place because of the outdoors space, the location, and the ambiance. This place is good for large families (with kids).
The home is a spacious 2500 square feet with a large, completely fenced in backyard and multiple outdoor decks and a jacuzzi.
Be prepared for a very comfortable stay. The home is setup to accommodate 8 people very comfortably. (Up to 4 kids 13 and younger do not count towards occupancy)

• South Lake Tahoe has highly enforced quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Please do not make any noise outdoors during quiet hours. Use of jacuzzi is strictly prohibited by law during quiet hours.
• Maximum # of adults: 8 (Up to 3 kids 13 yrs and under do not count towards occupancy)
Note: After you book this home, you will be required to sign a brief Good Neighbor Contract. This is a requirement of City of South Lake Tahoe (this is based on the City's legal requirements to rent a VHR). The contract will state that you agree to follow all Vacation Home Rental Ordinances. Several of the most important laws will be outlined. Failure to sign this contract in a timely manner will cause your booking to be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee based on our advertised cancellation fee, based on the time of cancellation.

* Both the City of South Lake Tahoe & The County of El Dorado have become extremely strict in enforcement of posted rules which can be found in the rental agreement. Be sure to become familiar with said rules to avoid steep fines and visits from the authorities
* This home sits in a quiet (mostly residential) neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down.
* This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products and 1 large towel and wash cloth per guest. This should be adequate for a group staying for several days. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival if your stay is longer than a few days.
* We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges and possible eviction.
Note on cancellation policy: Please note that booking a visit to Lake Tahoe comes with some risks of guests wishing to cancel and receive a refund due to natural disasters or weather related events. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you need to reschedule your date, you must be in compliance with cancellation policy first. If there is a blizzard, road closure, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters, our cancellation policy will still be enforced as we cannot expect our property owners to be held accountable for refunds for natural disasters which are expected to occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a constant, regular basis.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO ENSURE PROTECTION IN THE EVENT YOU FEEL THE NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.
Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. This pays for guest consumables (Such as laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, starter set of paper towels, tp, etc. For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase). Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. While these procedures are optional for guests, they are highly appreciated to help save our cleaners time, particularly for our back to back turnovers which are very difficult in the Vacation Home Rental industry. – Thank You Lux Villa VR
