What a fantastic property! The unit was just as advertised, super clean, and had all the things we needed. Really liked the beach closet on the ground level that was well stocked with everything we needed and was easy to get to. The beach was beautiful white sand and we saw dolphins almost every day. Thanks for sharing your place!

The accommodations were perfect for our two couples. Very clean, super easy check in and check out. Host communication was excellent and very helpful. The view of the beach and the quick easy access to the beach was perfect. Fort Myers is still under a lot of construction so there was quite a bit of noise in certain areas but not any fault of the host. I would definitely recommend and will probably be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would definitely come back. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view from the patio and easy access to the beach. One of the highlights was having beach chairs and an umbrella provided—it made our time by the water so much more relaxing.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking and dining in very convenient. The bathrooms were also impressively well-stocked with essentials, so we never felt like we were missing anything.All of the beds were extremely comfortable, and the showers were excellent—great water pressure and very clean. The entire space felt well cared for and thoughtfully set up for guests.The owners were also very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay with great amenities, comfort, and a perfect location. Highly recommend!

David is a wonderful host/owner. Communication is important to me and he was always available to answer questions both before and during the trip. Lots of suggestions were given to us as well...from where and how to see dolphins and where to eat. The condo is fully stocked. The kitchen had so many helpful items for cooking meals. Way more than expected! Also, there is a nice closet inside with lots of pool and beach items, including a cart. If you go outside, there is a storage area with an assortment of beach chairs and umbrellas. One note: through no fault of the owner, there are no setups of beach chairs & umbrellas by the condo association in the summer as this is the off season.The master bedroom has a beautiful en suite & is tastefully decorated. The 2nd bedroom has 2 beds: a full sized bed and a twin. Both bathrooms have amazing showers with lots of bells & whistles. The living area includes a couch and chairs & a flat screen TV - in addition to a nice sized lanai . You have a choice of binoculars or a looking glass on a tripod to see all the sights of the beach and Gulf. Overall, this is your dream place to stay. The owner is so accommodating. The condo is beautiful & clean and you are right in the beach!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful waterfront condo! The unit is exactly as described and even better in person. Very clean, well furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for the beach and showers. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys—such a nice touch!The views from the patio are amazing. We enjoyed sunrise with coffee in the morning and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. Being just steps away from the beach was perfect for our family. The property is very well maintained and the staff was super friendly. We also enjoyed the pool, and the ability to BBQ was a big plus. We loved being able to walk to the coffee shop in the mornings too!The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. We had a great family vacation here and will definitely be coming back!

Our stay was so wonderful. The property both inside and out was so well maintained and beautifully decorated. The only thing I’d mention to anyone staying this month or summer is that there was a lot of construction noise both at the building and next door. It wouldn’t stop me from staying but was was a little disruptive in the morning hours and while at the pool.

This unit was nicer than expected with so many extras. The beach towels, chairs, umbrella, beach coolers and rafts were a big plus! The unit was beautiful and clean. The hosts were kind and responsive. The oceanfront view and view of the pool was perfect. Would absolutely recommend this unit/ host and hopefully we will be able to return here for another family vacation!!
