Feel cozy and at home! Perfect Location For Exploring!

Your cumfy getaway awaits in Provo at our lower private unit of our home with private entrance. With 3 bedrooms including; 1 king Suite with private full size bath, and 2 queen bedrooms with a shared bath. This is perfect for everyone, including couples, families, or groups of friends. Full kitchenette with full size oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer. Stocked Coffee and Tea knook with coffee pod maker (variety of coffee and tea pods included) that also provides hot water for tea and hot chocolate. At the end of the day, enjoy relaxing in the yard and hot tub. BBQ on sight for your use too!

Close to great outdoor adventures like hiking, rock climbing, Sundance Mountain Resort, 5th Water Hot Springs, and Utah Lake State Park. Quick drives over to BYU, UVU, downtown Provo, as well as shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants.

Winter sunsets are great here, and hard to look away in the moment.

This was a great place to stay for our 1 night passing through the area. We could make our own food, stay in separate rooms, take a walk in a family-friendly neighborhood, and enjoy a hot tub. Way better than a hotel, and for less money!

Just a quick trip, but everything was as presented. TV and Wifi worked great. Plenty of room for my family. Check in was simple. Next time I visit south Provo, I would stay here again.

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described, and we didn’t run into any issues during our visit. Very nice place. The kitchen was sticked with everything we needed to make meals for the two days we were there. Also, nice touch with a spice rack! There were games to play and really a lot of nice touches. The rooms were great and everyone commented on the good night sleep we had.

Thanks so much Greg! It is a quiet neighborhood for sure! One of the neighborhood amenities that is great for families as well, is the park half a block away. Great for kids to play, and there is a gazebo to relax in, along with mature trees for shade. Hope to host you again!

Place is very nice and the cost was very reasonable. Only recommendation is the location of the entry was not clear. Maybe a sign on the main entry front door pointing to going around back would be helpful.

Incredible stay! The hot tub was nice and hot (and clean), they had plenty of extra blankets and towels, and although we didn't use the kitchen it had everything we could've needed.I didn't love the parking situation, as I had to drive UP a curb to get into the spot, but it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect getaway.

The host was so welcoming. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub at the end of a long day was such an added bonus.
