When you book the full property, you get exclusive access to both buildings — the 2BHK and the A-frame cabin. While they are not connected internally meaning are two separate units, still they sit within the same compound and are just a short walk apart. This setup allows your group to enjoy shared outdoor spaces like the garden, rooftop terrace, bonfire zone, and BBQ area — while also having the option to retreat into your own private corners
The space
Indoor Spaces
Unit 1 – The 2BHK Cottage:
Located on the ground level, this cozy structure houses two bedrooms — one with a queen bed, and one with bunk bed — along with a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and one dedicated bathroom for both the bedrooms. It’s great for families with kids or friends who enjoy shared spaces and full kitchen access.
Unit 2 – The A-Frame Cabin:
Just a short walk across the property, the A-frame is a standalone structure with a more private, loft-style vibe. It features a queen bedroom on the first floor, and on the below floor a dedicated bathroom, a relaxed open living space and kitchenette. The cabin opens to garden, making it ideal for those seeking a little extra seclusion.

Bathroom layouts
All feature running hot water, showers, geysers, and essential fittings like jet sprays and basic toiletries, you’ll find clean towels and dustbins in each bathroom for your convenience.
1) 2BHK - There is one dedicated bathroom — one for both bedrooms, located just outside the bedrooms and
2) A Frame cottage - one is attached to the A-frame bedroom.

Living Areas
1) 2BHK - The main 2BHK building houses a casual, comfy living room with seating for 6–7 guests. Perfect for chatting over morning tea or planning your day. No TV here
2)A Frame cottage - The A-frame building also features a cozy, living space, air conditioner and music system. No TV here — this is a place to unplug, connect, and truly unwind.


Kitchen:
Guests have full access to two kitchens
1) 2BHK - one in the 2BHK (closed kitchen layout, ideal for cooking), Equipped with a gas stove, microwave, fridge, utensils, and mixer/grinder.
2) A Frame - and another open-style kitchenette in the A-frame, with induction cooktop for reheating purposes.
Feel free to bring your own ingredients or order food from nearby restaurants.

Outdoor Spaces
Step outside, and you're greeted by the calm hush of Dehradun's hills.
Garden & Jungle Walks:
Lush gardens wrap around the property, offering perfect spots to relax with a book or sip your morning chai. Take a 2-minute walk into the nearby jungle for a quiet reconnect with nature, or venture 15 minutes further for a calming walk to the river.
Terrace & Bonfire:
The rooftop terrace offers sweeping views of the valley — an ideal setting for an evening bonfire (₹500/wood) and barbeque set up (coal and grill for Rs.1000, bring your own raw materials). This is where stories unfold under the stars.

Unmarried couples and male stag groups are not permitted.
Wi-Fi is not available; this is a great opportunity to unplug.
The jungle area has occasional visits from harmless langoors and peacocks — a part of the authentic forest charm.
Please bring your own any additional comfort items you may need.
Both the A frame cottage and the 2bhk unit are separate units (two separate standalone units nearby)
