The host Michael was amazing and reply back quickly and the room was fine and bed was comfortable and could have left toilet paper other than one roll. Beach view was amazing also and the pools were nice. Overall had great vacation and would stay again

Emerald Beach is our favorite resort we have been to in PCB. Michael was very responsive with communication. The location here is great. The pools are great. The staff are very friendly around the resort.

The condo was not clean the tub still had soap from last guest. The counters had not been cleaned in bathroom or kitchen. I should have paid better attention to the reviews. The condo itself. Is as pictured the slider and mirrors were dirty and the patio was dirty. We love Emerald Beach ans needed a few days away that werent peak days so I appreciate the host allowing that. I didnt complain to him in my experience most hosts think your looking for a refund I am not i did take pics but the level of dirty was a new one for me .

We had a great trip and really enjoyed both the resort and the condo! The unit was in a great location and very convenient to several restaurants and activities.We especially loved the little shopping center across the street with several great places to eat. We tried Zollo’s Pizza, which was probably the best pizza I’ve had in a while! We also had crab legs from Local Steamer in the same shopping center, and it was hands down our favorite meal of the trip!As for the condo itself, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from Michael again. He was very responsive, easy to contact, and quick to answer any questions we had. The unit could use a little sprucing up in a few areas, but nothing that would keep us from staying there again.One suggestion would be to replace or repair the bed frame or foundation, as it was quite squeaky. However, the mattress itself was very comfortable, and the pillows were amazing!Overall, we had a wonderful experience. You really can’t go wrong with this resort or renting from Michael. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for 3 adults. View was fantastic. Close to restaurants. Would stay again. Only issue was the elevators, horribly slow.

Great location, nice room.

We had a great stay here and enjoyed the room very much with a beautiful view. The room was the perfect size and had everything we needed and the location was close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

The view of the beach was the best thing about this room. It needs a lot of touch up cleanupIt has clearly been neglected. The host is very nice and responsive. I will contact him directly. I do not like putting negative views. Because everyone's opinion is different.

The owner, Michael was very friendly and prompt when I called with a problem. The amenities were great.The unit totally needs to be updated and repaired.Banged up walls and baseboard and furniture.Good location and ocean view however.When I checked in, I pretty much cleaned the whole place.

Stay was nice. We bought oven mit and kitchen towel and left for other guests to use in future. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect location

Great location. Great view. Condo needs minor updates and cleanliness inspection due to large turnaround of guests but overall condition just fine. I would add Smart TV to the living room. Would come again.

This property is in a good location the wife and I love the condo needs some update in furniture but I wasn’t there for that. I would stay again. Couldn’t ask for a better place or host. Thank u

There was a a ton on of great things to say about the resort, location, and amenities. Unfortunately, not so much good to say about the condo itself. We arrived to the door open - and after I explored to make sure no one was in the condo, we discovered that, although the cleaning people had been by, they really had failed to clean. The floors were filthy, there was dried food on the counters, mildew in the tub, trash in most of the drawers, and hairs in all of the bedding. The owner did offer to have them come back but we were tired and don’t want to have to worry about the hassle of watching people clean while we tried to relax, not to mention we really don’t trust them to do a good job. We went to Walmart and got cleaning supplies and cleaned the condo ourselves. The pictures had prepared me for an older unit with older style, but the sheer weight of years of neglect were definitely obvious. There were many repaired holes and patchwork sheet rock jobs that just contributed to the overall run-down feel of the unit. I will say that once we cleaned to our satisfaction, we did ultimately have a good time. The beach, while pretty crowded due to the location, was still great and having a beachfront condo was definitely a plus. The location is central enough to everything to make travel not too bad, but being on Front Beach Road does come with its own set of traffic headaches.

Location

Owner was wonderful an accommodating. Room had been neglected by cleaning crew which prevented enjoyment until we cleaned it, not the way you wish to start. Location and view were accurate.

Great place to take your family!

The condo was great. We had a blast staying on the beach. Waking up to a view of PCB was amazing. Michael was great to interact with, we had some issues with our original booking date, and he was very accommodating with that. The bunk beds are great for your little ones. Loved the kid friendly pool by the parking garage. Michael’s condo is located by the elevators which was so nice not having to tote our little kids very far to find an elevator. The only downfall of the condo was that the cleaning crew could do a better job, and the condo stands in need of some new balcony furniture. Overall we had a great stay! Thanks Michael! 😀
