During your stay at the Cayman, you will have:

↣ A spacious bedroom with a King bed.

↣ A cozy and warm living room including a comfortable sofa that turns into a bed if needed, a connected TV.

↣ A fully furnished and equipped kitchen with new appliances and all the kitchen necessities to prepare wonderful meals with your family. You will also have a dining area with table and chairs.

↣ A work area with desk, chair and monitor as well as fast WIFI allowing you to work comfortably.

↣ A modern bathroom including a large shower.

↣ Laundry room with washer and dryer in the unit.

*TV*
We have a smart TV that includes the Roku system that will allow you to connect to your Netflix, Prime Video and Disney + accounts.

*PARKING SPACE*
You have access to an indoor parking space 3 minutes walk from the residence. This parking lot doesn't have charging stations. You will be able to enter and exit at your convenience with the badge at your disposal.

If you are traveling with an electric car, a parking lot with Level 2 charging stations is a 2-minute walk away. Access will be at your own expense.

*TERRACE*
Discover our rooftop terrace with BBQs accessible year-round. Outdoor furniture is not available in the colder months, just the BBQs and the breathtaking scenery!

*ROOFTOP POOL*
The building has a heated pool on the roof that our guests can access during their stay.
- The pool is closed for the colder months of the year, usually from October to early/mid-June. These dates may vary a little depending on the year's weather.
- The pool is reserved for the residents of the building. People not included in your booking are not allowed on site. There are no lifeguards on site. Thank you for always keeping an eye on your children.

*APARTMENT RULES *

1. All our bookings are covered by Aircover, Airbnb's protection. You can be held responsible in case of damage or non-compliance. If necessary, we will use the resolution center with photos and/or invoices.

2. Check-in can be done at any time after 4:00 p.m. The maximum time for Check-out is 11:00 a.m. You can request for a Check-in earlier than 4:00 p.m. or a Check-out after 11:00 a.m., but we cannot guarantee this request and we will be able to give you an official response only 24 hours in advance.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of $ 500.

4. Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with the rules will result in a penalty of $ 500 and immediate eviction without refund.

5. Parties or excessive noise are not permitted in the unit; violating this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund.

6. If the apartment is left in a messy condition, we will charge $ 40 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to clean up. We love when guests wash their dishes before check-out or take out the dishwasher.

7. Guests are not allowed to book our apartment directly if they do not have verified ID and a profile photo of their face on Airbnb. We do not discriminate, we just want to know who we are renting our property to.

8. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the apartment. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all customers expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers recognize that they can personally purchase insurance to protect themselves during such events.

9. If more guests than the number initially stated in the reservation sleep at the apartment, we will charge you $500 of penalty and we will request that the initial number of guests mentioned in the reservation be respected from then on. Children under 2 years old are not counted as guests.

10. If you notice anything that presents a hazard that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.

11. If you delay the work of housekeeping attendants, at the time of Check-out, you will be charged $ 50. This charge is applied to any late check-out between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Any guest who is still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late check out in advance.

12. Although not systematic, we reserve the right to request a photo ID from all guests for security reasons.

13. A maintenance agent may come by during your stay to perform upkeep on the facilities and equipment to ensure they function properly, both for your stay and for future guests. Their intervention is occasional, usually limited to the exterior, and should not cause any disturbance.
In case of an emergency requiring access to indoor equipment, the agent may exceptionally need to enter the accommodation. Rest assured, this will only happen as a last resort to ensure your comfort.

14. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules. All prices in this section are in Canadian dollars

easy, clean, excellent

accurate description of a lovely modern clean one bedroom in this hip neighborhood. walking to lovely restaurants and historic landmarks. everything automated and easy.

Small but efficient and well-located

Good sized efficiency apartment for two persons. Access in/out was easy. Despite being located on a major artery, was not noisy, especially at night. The temperature control was not obvious but manageable. Laundry on site useful for rejuvination of wardrobe prior to going to subsequent destination. Has Nespresso and drip coffee on site. Two things were sparse: beautiful views and ambiance rooftop, if desiring refreshments, require only plasticware (no glass) yet the apartment did not provide these for use. Plastic stemless-ware provided would have been appreciated but go-cups can be purchased at the grocery. Cooking at the apartment was inconvenient since spices and cooking utinsels provided were very minimal and was better to just forage in town for food despite the nearby Metro Plus grocery store (if you go to grocery, bring bags with you, provided in apartment in a lower kitchen drawer). Well-located for 1-1.5 km walks to old Quebec City (expect hills) and there were plenty of local sit-in/take-out restaurants nearby though not all appear to be sited uniformly on Google maps. Photos on VRBO are representative. We enjoyed our stay.

Beau condo

L'immeuble et l'appartement étaient très propres. Très facile également de communiquer avec le propriétaire via la plateforme (communications avant le voyage, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de le contacter pendant le voyage vu que tout allait très bien). La cuisine était bien équipée et le mobilier confortable, salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle avec une très grande douche. Une laveuse et sécheuse étaient également disponibles, et la terrasse agréable, ainsi que la piscine un beau plus après des longues journées de marche. Le seul bémol est au niveau de l'application qui ne donnait pas l'emplacement exact - donc aucun rapport avec l'hôte - nous étions en fait dans le quartier St-Roch que nous n'apprecions pas particulièrement mon conjoint et moi (alors que l'application indiquait un lieu plus bas proche du parlement). De plus, la rue au bas de l'immeuble est très achalandée, même si les fenêtres aidaient beaucoup nous entendions le bruit du trafic et avons eu du mal à dormir puisque nous avons un sommeil léger.
