Tucked among towering pines yet minutes from Broken Bow Lake, this spacious lodge was thoughtfully designed for unforgettable group getaways, offering resort-style outdoor living, expansive gathering spaces, and elevated amenities throughout.



From relaxing in the year-round hot tub to enjoying the private seasonal pool, cozy outdoor fireplace, and lively game loft, every detail invites you to unwind, connect, and experience cabin living at its finest.





SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Designed with both comfort and flexibility in mind, the lodge offers spacious sleeping accommodations perfect for large families and group retreats.



Base pricing is designed to accommodate groups of up to 12 guests. After 12 guests, a $40 per night fee is applied per additional guest, up to the maximum occupancy of 20.

At Conifer Crossing Lodge, outdoor living is just as elevated as the interior experience.



The home is wrapped in expansive covered decking on three sides, plus a second-story balcony that invites you to take in peaceful pine views and star-filled skies.



Inside, the upstairs game loft offers classic entertainment with a pool table and air hockey, while the bunk suite features a nostalgic tabletop Pac-Man game for all-ages fun.



Step outside to unwind in the year-round hot tub, gather around the striking white-stone outdoor fireplace, or enjoy cozy evenings at the backyard fire pit beneath the towering trees.



Warm-weather stays are elevated by the property’s show-stopping above-ground pool, surrounded by a custom wraparound sun deck, creating a private, resort-like setting where kids can splash and adults can relax in style.





POOL & HEATING DETAILS



• Pool is seasonal and available approximately March through October

• Pool is not operational November through the end of February

• Optional pool heating is available by request for $175 per night

• Pool heating must be purchased for the entire stay

• Pool heating must be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to arrival

• Target temperature is up to 84°F

• Heating effectiveness may vary during colder weather

• No refunds are provided once pool heating has been activated

• Hot tub remains heated year-round

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Pool cleaning is performed weekly and staff will need access for service

DOGS ALLOWED



-We love those little, and not so little, furry bundles of joy.

-A maximum of two dogs is allowed.

-Pet fee: $150





NO SMOKING INSIDE

-Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin.

-Any evidence of smoking inside the property may result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.





ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION

-This property does not have an EV charger.

-Nearby EV charging options are available at Choctaw Landing and Gutter Chaos, which offer multiple fast-charging stations.





PARKING

-The spacious circular driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, boats, and trailers.





CREDIT CARD HOLD

-A $300 credit card hold is required for all reservations.





NOISE ORDINANCE

-We kindly ask that you treat our cabin as your own to help preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits.

-Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

-We encourage you to have a great time while remaining respectful of the cabin and neighboring properties. Sound travels very far in the remote areas of the forest.





ROAD CONDITIONS

-This property is located off a gravel road. Due to this, the decks may be dusty





WHAT TO BRING



• Bug spray for chiggers, mosquitoes, and ticks

• Favorite coffee and creamers if you prefer something beyond the starter kit

• Condiments, oils, seasonings, and cooking basics

• Ice, as some ice makers can occasionally be finicky

• Personal toiletries

• Firewood for the fire pit





STARTER SUPPLIES PROVIDED



Housekeeping provides a starter supply of the following items. These supplies are not replenished during your stay.



• 1 to 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

• 1 hand soap per bathroom

• 2 bathroom trash bags per bathroom

• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per shower

• 1 roll of paper towels

• Dish soap

• 2 sponges

• 4 dishwasher pods

• A handful of tall kitchen trash bags

• Coffee pods

• Coffee grounds for one pot

• Coffee filters

• Starter creamer and sugar

• Salt and pepper

• 1 small laundry detergent

• 1 small container of hot tub chlorine to use as directed

-Fireplaces are available for guest use from October through March.





Pest Control

-Professional pest control is scheduled quarterly.

-Because this property is located in a forest environment, insects and other forest critters may occasionally be present.





Weather

-No refunds are provided for weather events, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances outside of our control.

-We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.





WiFi Terms & Conditions

-WiFi is provided as a convenience and is not considered an integral part of the use of the property.

-No refunds will be provided for internet outages, content availability, lack of content, connection speed, or access problems.

-Early check-in or late check-out of up to two hours may be available for $75 each, subject to availability.
