- Guests will be asked to complete our secure Guest Portal after booking, which includes ID verification, a rental agreement, and a refundable security deposit.
- Utilities are included up to normal use. Any heavy excess will be billed separately.
- A professional cleaning is required every 30 days for extended stays.
