When you're looking for a personal beach getaway, this 1 bedroom with hall bunks, 1 and a 1/2 bath unit delivers on both comfort and convenience. Seascape's incredible amenities include 6 pools (3 heated), 6 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, basketball and beach volleyball courts, playground, fishing, fitness room, sauna, and over 2, 000 feet of wide-open beachfront access. Dine at one of 5 nearby restaurants, including Cabana Cafe in Ariel Dunes I, offering food, live music, and room service. The condo features a beautifully updated kitchen with French gray cabinets, brand-new fridge, stove and microwave (2025) and LVP flooring has replaced the carpet for a more modern, beachy finish. The open-concept layout flows onto an oversized balcony, large enough to accommodate a seating area plus a 4-person table.
