Hi Dorian, Thank you so much for the wonderful review and for choosing to celebrate your birthday at our place—I'm thrilled you had a great time overall and enjoyed our chats! I truly appreciate your understanding and patience. Just to clarify on the stove top/oven and WiFi glitches: it looks like one of your guests accidentally tripped the breaker that powers the appliances, which caused those hiccups (easy fix once we spotted it). We've added some clearer labeling to prevent that in the future. Thanks again for your feedback—safe travels, and we hope to host you again soon! Best, Casa Solterra Team

Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your reservation. Unfortunately, an unexpected plumbing issue arose that required immediate maintenance. If it had not been addressed right away, it could have caused serious damage to the property and significantly impacted the comfort and safety of your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially while traveling with your family, and I truly regret the short notice. The decision was not taken lightly, but it was necessary to prevent a situation that could have disrupted your stay even more. Thank you for your understanding, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to host you in the future under much better circumstances.

Thank you very much Jason, It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and you’re welcome back anytime. Looking forward to hosting you again on your next visit!
